I had a fantastic stay at Villa Franca in Positano! The value for money was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was amazing, with breathtaking views from the hotel. The staff treated me like royalty, providing excellent customer service with lovely personal touches.

Hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety.

Excellent location with probably the best views in Positano. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The car parking service was great (just drop the car off at the front of the hotel and they park it up for you, and then get it back for you when you want it). Lovely room with a balcony overlooking the beach and sea.

Car parking was expensive, but that's the same as everywhere in Positano. The rooms are slightly small and the standard rates for the hotel are very expensive (but we went right at the start of the season and got a good deal and an upgrade to a wonderful sea view).

The fact of being in a nice hotel in Positano. The "navette" was nice but also necessary - very friendly drivers. Good restaurant - nice bar The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom dated and had a bad smell.

The hotel has recently undergone renovations and the decor is stunning. The views from the hotel are absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic views of the picturesque village. The location of the hotel, while a bit further from the center, offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.

The hotel staff, particularly at the front desk, could use improvement in their attitude and customer service skills. The shuttle service provided by the hotel is not as convenient as expected, with limited operating hours and a significant gap during the day.

The terrace bar was fantastic and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The roof top pool was gorgeous as was the room.

We had a few problems regarding transportation but they were quickly solved by the friendly staff at the front desk, so we were able to relax and enjoy the rest of our stay. We found the hotel very comfortable, the breakfast buffet was excellent and relaxing by the rooftop pool was wonderful.

Nothing to dislike.

Everything was amazing, absolutely perfect location near to Positano on the top of the hill, about 40 to 50 steps down to the beach and the stores, really good experience. My room was well-appointed and featured panoramic view of the mountains and sea. The bed was comfortable and pillows too.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The views from the room were breathtaking and the private balcony was a wonderful touch. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of hot and cold options, and the staff were very helpful when needed. The hotel's location was perfect, close enough to the center of town but also on the hills above, providing a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in and our holiday was an absolute pleasure

The location offers stunning views of Positano. The hotel staff were very welcoming and efficient and the room, although slightly dated, was very comfortable and quiet at night. We used a car which was collected and dropped off at the hotel for us whenever we needed it. We didn't eat an evening meal in the hotel but the breakfasts were delicious! All in all a very relaxing stay.

make sure you don't get a room next to the lift!

This place was definitely worth its 5 stars; we had a great time here, the location was incredible and the staff were really dedicated, plus it was conveniently close to downtown and had free Wi-Fi in the rooms.
